- El 29% de los muertos eran SUPERVISORES.
- El 31% tenía PROCEDIMIENTOS ESCRITOS DE ENTRADA EN ESPACIOS CONFINADOS.
- El 0% usó los PROCEDIMIENTOS ESCRITOS.
- El 15% tenía entrenamiento en espacios confinados.
